Annual Insurance that Cover Domestic Travel

Hi Everyone
Hope your having a nice seasonal time.
I was just wondering if there were any annual insurance policies that would pay out for smaller amounts claimed, such as a missed domestic trains?
I read somewhere that internal travel is covered but is that only for domestic flights?
Some clarification would be great.
