Glad I have company. I tracked the parcel and it just says my parcel number isn't recognised/available

I've had that with a few orders online. The deliveries have always materialised so hopefully you'll be OK.

Not had fragrance set ordered 24th Dec, day before Yankee candles, but my candles turned up on Friday. Have just checked the tracking and it says my fragrance set was delivered on 31st Dec! Had e-mailed HoF earlier but will be ringing them tomorrow now that I have checked this

Just read Pollyskettle's post, and on tracking history there is a different surname and 'Cascaded' under recipient so maybe mine is with Royal Mail. Hope so I really want this perfume

Just to say that I had a nightmare of a time with HOF delivery. Not for yankee candles, but for hampers when they went on sale around 20th Dec. I paid for delivery to my local shop plus for collection (as the shop is open til 7pm and I did not want to risk missing a courier delivery). Supposed to be available for collection on 22nd.

Cutting a long story short, the box did get delivered to the shop, but the tracking system was not working and the shop were told not to accept delivery and return to sender. The store manager of the collect plus shop actually commented that it was likely to be presents and could it be sorted......but no.... he was told he must send it back. I discovered this on the 23rd. Rang HOF who could not have cared any less about it. Told me would have to refund and I would have to wait til item back in the warehouse. Not happy in the slightest. Luckily, the hamper was for 28/12 as a birthday present so not a Christmas essential but that is not the point.

Shrugged it off as no point getting irate about it but nil point for customer service HOF.
