Has anyone received their orders from hof? I placed mine for a fragrance gift set on Xmas day, got a dispatch email but received nothing

Got mine delivered to store, it was there the next day

I have had a dispatch email but no delivery as of yet. Thought it was just me.

Glad I have company. I tracked the parcel and it just says my parcel number isn't recognised/available

When I track mine it says order generated . It has said that since I got the email. Think I will phone them next week.

I had a hell of a problem with getting an order from House of Fraser delivered before Christmas. Bear in mind that if the order tracks as 'signed for' with a surname you don't recognise with '(cascaded)' after it, it means the courier has decided to send it via untrackable Royal Mail. The courier company seemed to find it highly amusing that I didn't know this. Turned up eventually, but I was thoroughly unimpressed - especially as my particular order had a value of well over £150 and it was essentially sent untrackable 10 days before Christmas!
