I had a hell of a problem with getting an order from House of Fraser delivered before Christmas. Bear in mind that if the order tracks as 'signed for' with a surname you don't recognise with '(cascaded)' after it, it means the courier has decided to send it via untrackable Royal Mail. The courier company seemed to find it highly amusing that I didn't know this. Turned up eventually, but I was thoroughly unimpressed - especially as my particular order had a value of well over £150 and it was essentially sent untrackable 10 days before Christmas!"A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper
