I have been trying to set up my wifes tablet. Everytime i try to register with Google either for market or Gmail it tells me it cant establish a reliable data connection to the server.
Its runnning Honeycombe, does this work with android tablets etc.
Other users on various sites can logon with no prblems.
Any suggestions.

Best to register a google account on a PC first then just log in to google with the tablet.
If you have a Google Account already (and i assume the tablet is new) or the register on a PC first trick does not work, then try a "Hard Reset" of the device. (backup anything important on it!!)
Their are lots of people with the same problem over a lot of Android Devices (Seems it's a bug in Honeycomb).
Their is another trick to get it to work. It involves opening up the YouTube app and logging on via that a couple of times (you may get an error even if the details are correct!) but that seems to fix the problem OR at least get the account listed in the device.Laters

A quick google of this tablet brings up a FAQ page, "Can I download apps from the Android market;Sorry, no, these devices are not Google certified and do not have access to Android Market,it goes on to say"And don’t forget that your ARNOVA comes with access to Appslib which has over 30 000 applications available",so that is probably why you you are having trouble establishing a reliable data connection to the server.0
