To be charged £1500 to withdraw £2000 of your own money doesn't sound right. What did it say on the statement for each of these charges. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

it was like a piece of cake apparently and if we took one slice we got charged so much but if we took a fraction over that slice then the charge was higher still i dont know what the statments said as it was a while ago and to behonest we were so fickle with cash we didnt even look all i do know is his mam put in about 30k and we didnt get as much as that back it was after 9/11 that the charges started0
