I'm bored with Christmas already and fancy having a go at doing a website for a new venture for 2012. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good (free) website design program(s) suitable for someone with average computer skills.

I use a free program called First Page 2000
PSPad is also good0 -
I used the following video to get me started, now have my own 'vanity' site hosted from home on a tiny 'thin client' all for my amusement.
Currently it's being attacked by all sorts of hackers! Gone berserk over the last few days.
It's the very basic building blocks, but then you go on to use Notepad++ and Kompozer
