Quick question about chow... can you earn points by reading reviews as you can on dou?0
-
Well, I've thought of one thing to eBay at least. It's been a long while since I listed anything so can anyone tell me if Boden or similar clothing for kids still sells ok? Used to sell well...
I think Boden clothes sell really well still on ebay, I even bought some stuff from a jumble sale and sold it onmade £10 profit from a carrier bags worth of stuff! It all adds up

Just made a list of things to review and then to sell (ebay/amazon). Found kids old gameboys in cupboard and was pleasantly surprised at how much they are going for, just charging them up to check they work, found the games and will list them later.0

Do the review sites have a referral scheme or is it just a case of signing up in your own time?
Which one is good one to start with first?0 -
Just popped on quick while DD is watching Peppa Pig, she is being a nightmare today!
Boat, I'll be happy to refer you to chow. I think both sites have there pros and cons, at first I prefered DooU but defo prefer chow now
Annie, you dont earn points from reading other peoples, you earn by other people rating your reviews (you get more rates if you rate other peoples) on chow posting the reviews doesnt earn you anything unless there is a promo on for that catagoryMaking money for christmas 2012:santa2:0 -
Thanks for the referral cornish, have just joined and added you to my circle of trust. Am boatgirl81 on there. Anyone please feel free to add me. Will take my time reading reviews to get an idea of what's required first.
I have also listed 6 dvd's on Ebay today, will add more tomorrow.0 -
Just listed x2 gameboys and x3 gameboy games on Amazon. Still undecided whether Amazon is better/worse than ebay for selling bits quickly, what do you guys think?
Encouraged hubby to sort out garage tomorrow and gather bits and bobs to sell on ebay/amazon for the challenge.0 -
Sorry I know its NYE and all that but.....I'm confused about Chow. I get doou and how it works but not Chow, how can you earn points/ money? Am I right in thinking that rating others reviews is good but you have to have a helpful or higher rating on one of your reviews to be able to rate someone elses.0

Chow confuses me still too I never really used it untill this month for the toy promotion. They run promotions monthly where you get paid for actually writing the review. Other than that you get money per rate of your review its not alot but if you rate others they will rate you back and it will start to add up. Also if you reviw a product that is a first review Im sure it double pay per rate. Someone who knows chow better will come along soon to confirm or correct but I am sure thats how it works. xx0
