  • Morning everyone,

Slowly getting into chow spent a while yesterday rating loads of people and noticed the benefit for my reviews.

Have a couple of questions. With regard to the pennies you get per rating received. Does it make a difference what rate you get, as long as it is at least helpful?

Also the premium fund, how does that work? It is just for people who get exceptional or do you get anything if you get rated very helpful?

Sorry for all the questions, hope you are all ok and will read back now x
  • oh i just thought, may i be added to thee facebook page please, i've been meaning to say but forgot lol
    thankyou

Have just posted abother new review on C as I have found a couple of books that we have read that have no reviews!! That's 8 reviews out of my 30 target now so for the 6th of the month I think it's going pretty well, have found a couple of things i have reviewed on dy are not on C so gradually going to suiggest them and get the first reviews.

Also with regard to chow, when is the last day to claim your money to get it the next month and also can you claim more than once a month?

Rufus, i still do mccain, and points are still going on for games on my account, they are pretty tedious though. i just load and refresh the page and it gives me the points without havng to play the games.
Once I get my first voucher I may not bothe anymore.

Milla, that's not good about sp, I signed my hubbie up as well. Will probably just carry on and hope they don't notice and if they do it's nothing lost I guess but will be annoying.
  • I'll try and answer some of your review questions Boat girl.

On both sites, you get paid for helpful plus ratings. No difference if it is helpful, or very helpful.

C, you can redeem as many times as you want. I usually wait till the last day or two of the month, that way any you earn gets paid to you by the 15thish of the following month on c, on dy, no-one knows how long it will take to get cash after they have changed to BACS payment.. I'm at nearly £46, so I will claim when I get over £50 and then let everyone know. Prem fund is just for the reviews that get E ratings, though no-one knows quite what the algorithm is that works that one out. It doesn't seem to have a pattern to it really. Just you get what you get.

It's a cold one here today. I've made use of the new boots I had to buy to walk the kids to school. I am glad I got them, as while there is not a horrendous amount of snow, and it has slushed today, it was slippy in places this morning.

DS2 currently out playing on his own in the garden in it. He was happy chucking snowballs at me the other side of the window. Will have to keep an eye on him though so he doesn't cause any mischief.

A few days out and looks like I have missed loads, will read back a bit later and catch up

Had some stuff going on at home and I was feeling a bit fed up so gave myself a few days off from everything, the clearing, ebaying and even being online.

If I'm not too late I'll see what I can do with Feb challenge, I'm just back from the PO with the ebay stuff that finished at the weekend, not much about £20 after fees and have about the same amount with stuff that's finishing tomorrow

Keep an eye on your Inbox for a SwagBucks email, it will inform you about the Valentines SwagBills Milla mentioned above, but there is also a link for a very brief survey which gets you another 2 SwagBucks ;). They all add up :D:D:D.

    Thanks Michelle,

That is really useful in regards to chow, so basically as long as I claim by the end of the month should get the cash by mid month.

Haven't really explored doU yet, will do that once i get to grips with chow. Thanks for your help.

Can someone let me know how many times a day i can earn points on the swag bucks tv. I am about 40 points away from my 1st payout and am getting impatient :)
You can earn 150 points per day on sbtv until 27th Feb 2012. After this date it might be decreased to 75 points. There is a daily limit of 150 points on the PC and another 150 points via mobile app for SBTV.

Do any of you still do the McCains thing? The last two weeks my points for the games havent been added on so wondering whether its worth the bother doing it.

I still do McCains and get 90 points per week so can claim a £5 voucher every 6 weeks but I'm saving points up for a different voucher. 30 points from the games, 10 points from recipe and 50 points for pressing the twitter symbol. One week I do it on Monday, then the following week I do it on Tuesday because I don't think the limit resets immediately all the time - think bank holidays have an impact.

There are 3 polls (mobile, PPI & Education) on Maxi's homepage for 5 points each.
