Yes, doikmonkee, that's why I posted it here. I wasn't sure where to post it and am happy for the moderators to move it if it should be somewhere else.
Yes, I just made one booking and the total was very clear at the end of the transaction. I got the confirmation email and never thought any more about it until I logged on to my bank account to pay my rent and found my account £50 short!

If you are out of pocket due to them taking money they were not authorised to take you should be due compensation to cover any costs. Would advise a free session with a solicitor, tell them you are doing this and it may frighten them sufficiently. If that fails mention the forum and how much bad publicity is going to come from the situation lol. Was not affected but agree it is in the right place.0
