My son has got an ipad 2 for christmas, would anyone be able to recommend the best way to insure against theft or loss. I had a quick look and already confussed

I have this and is covered under my home insurance.

As above, it's probably covered by your contents insurance and might not even be an item you have to list specifically as it's relatively low cost (£700 tops).

Just make sure you have cover under 'Personal Belongings' ie: Items you take away from the home. It may be covered whilst it is in the property but many policies will not cover items away from the home (That is where the personal belongings cover on your home insurance kicks in)
