my other half put in a claim with lloyds for pip, all her loans etc were with them so pretty simple to start the ball rolling. she received a letter saying she was due £300, was happy we got something but actually gutted was not at least 4 figures. well maybe a good 6 weeks later and another letter giving a final total of just over another £3000! they must have been processing each policy separately.so this money will pay the remaining bit of her loan she has with the bank.so quite chuffed in the end!
