simon renshaw-smith

this is from a few years ago but well worth reading.

now those camera controlled pc. we assume they bought rubbish equipment that can't cope with multi use in one period. however this sadly is not so the equipment was made and has a patient from a person named above.

now we have to ask why is simon so needy of the money of the sick and afflicted could it be that the fees for his daughters private school in bakewell come to a nice big wedge or is it that his rumered 700000 a year income is just not enough.

maybe simon when your tucking into your christmas dinner you should think a little about a chap of simular talents
The ghost maintains the same voice, hairstyle and sense of dress that he had in life, but is translucent. He wears a handkerchief tied about his jaws, and "captive, bound and double-ironed" with chains which are described as "long, and wound about him like a tail; it was made... of cash-boxes, keys, padlocks, ledgers, deeds, and heavy purses wrought in steel." He often, in moments of great despair or impatience at Scrooge's scepticism, flings these upon the ground before him and almost induces his former partner "into a swoon". He explains that it is the chain he unknowingly forged himself in life, as a result of his extortionate behaviour. The ghost is also described as having "an infernal atmosphere of its own... its hair and skirts, and tassels, were still agitated as by the hot vapour from an oven". He despairs at his inability ever to find happiness in the mortal world or the next. As he spent his life on this earth obsessing over money and mistreating the poor and wretched to fill his pocket, Marley is condemned as part of his "penance" to walk the earth for a very long time, experiencing an "incessant torture of remorse."
simon for the sake of your children you really need to repent of your excessive greed or your behaviour will be copied by them. i must say they have lovely pictures on facebook its shows were you have spent all that money on.

by the way simon i have reported you for a hate crime to the derbyshire police expect a call in the new year. I will also be reporting you to the dvla as a person unfit to be allowed access to there data base and your trade body. i suggest you consider your conduct very carefully. you postings have been removed but they are still stored and will be used as evidence of you conduct.:snow_laug

I fear that repentance is not in his plan, so he has doomed himself to Marley's fate. If one of the reincarnation theories is true, he will suffer extreme poverty and deprivation in his next life, similar to the concept of harm rebounding on the perpetrator threefold.

. Anyway, a Merry Christmas to all, as to mMr Renshaw-Smith. Bah Humbug! A humbug to you sir!!!!
  • turkey's in the oven.

    nobody wants to get up.

I'm bored, and wondering just how unfit a person has to be before DVLA refuses data access.

as for renshaw-smith: his photo has him looking like the little boy at school nobody liked, always on his own in the playground and playing with imaginary friends. even his mum didn't like him.

'tis the season of goodwill but - come on - there are limits.

Someone who can't scrape together £2.50 would just about do it. Knowing them they would probably take an IOU (and lose it)
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
  • I was shocked at the vile abuse given out by the troll yesterday and I hope that it will result in his collar being felt. Would he like his chidren to read his homophobic filth? If it is the man we think it is and it is confirmed, I will then be writing to his clients asking if they want to be associated with this person. I hope organisations like Stonewall are informed so they can add their weight to bring the person to book.

Could I add a note of boring caution here.

I have no problem in assaulting bodies corporate who fail to adhere to the law; straightforwardly ignore it or quote parts of it out of context with the clear intention of misleading. Similarly, I have no problem in naming and shaming but I am not sure that dedicating an entire thread to a single person serves our purpose in any way at all.

It could be argued that in this thread we are handing an ace to the BPA who, with some justification, could argue that all that online forums such as this do is to peddle quack law and indulge in unintelligent ad hominem attacks. PPC's have a proven track record in producing print-outs from threads here and elsewhere. Keeping in mind that SRS sits on the BPA board does this thread serve our long-term aims or potentially undermine them?

    Merry Christmas
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • I wholeheartedly agree. Wise advice H087.

I agree, this thread should go as it just brings us down to the level of this particular scammer and his organisation
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

I agree, and the fact is although we have our suspicions we don't actually know who it was. We have had some funny, some strange, and some weird trolls here. However that one yesterday was a real nasty piece of work!

Whoever it was their homophobic comments were obnoxious in the extreme. Would IT, as this one is beneath contempt, and doesn't deserve to be assigned a gender, refuse help if a gay or lesbian paramedic came to help them after an accident? Someones sexuality is none of anyone else's concern imho

It's a difficult dilemma isn't it? We think we know who the troll was yesterday, the raging homophobe (in denial) who gloated about people having less money than him and gleefully looked forward to the Freedoms Bill.

And if the poster was who we think it was, his actions in starting that thread certainly bring the BPA into disrepute and are against the AOS rules. The DVLA may be interested but only if we know who he was, not just suspect.

But a report to the Police is a good idea - if they take it seriously.

Trouble is, the person who we think it was is very wealthy and no doubt has friends in high places. That doesn't mean that pauletruth should not report a hate crime though. I say go for it.

And regarding a certain Mr Simon Renshaw-Smith, at least one MP is fed up with Excel as well:

How can we go about getting this information to the members of the House of Lords Freedoms Bill Committee in a measured way?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
