When I called them yesterday to place an order for a couple of things, they still had half price Xmas stuff available. Try giving them a ring and asking nicely.

not sure if you have already been but popped into the coventry store today they had a few of the smaller 8.50 chrismas sets plus a normal 8 gift set sorry box not to hand hidden for mum and my sister birthday , also had some soaps, bathbombs and a few of the everyday bits like shampoo on sale most was by door as go in but few bargains doted about.

Popped into Lush today and enquired re using 10% off next week - SA said the 10% couldnt be used with sale items :eek:

Does anyone know whether this is true or not? It doesnt state anywhere on voucher than cannot be used, only not used in Dec....

Anyone shed anymore info?

I have used the 10% vouchers with sale goods in the past, so unless their policy has changed, it may be worth checking with another SA. They seem to be gradually phasing out the 10% vouchers as they are no longer in the gift boxes

10% vouchers are no longer put in gift boxes and hat boxes
10% vouchers cannot be used in December
10% vouchers CAN be used on sale items
10%vouchers can only be used 1 at a time

HOWEVER Every shop manager seems to change the rules to suit themselves and how busy they are (each shop has strict targets to meet) . This rule also applies to what items go in the sale. As brillinat as the Lush sale is, unfortunatly it can seem totally unfair depending on where your local shop is.

Best thing to do is arm yourself with as much "inside info" as you can from the Lush Forum and Facebook and stake out the generous stores:rotfl:

I'm pretty sure 10% vouchers cannot be used with sale items as you are unable to use them with ANY other offers. These also include shop specials, limited edition items and charity pot. HTH.

Edit- And the till automatically deducts the 10% from the correct full price items so it's not even up to the sales assistant/manager, it's up to the tills unfortunately. The SA cant even over-ride it.

Many thanks everyone, very misleading on the voucher itself then if cannot use, as surely should say so! Will give it a whirl and hopefully get a different SA... thanks again and Happy New Year x

Some 10% vouchers state at the bottom that they are not valid in December.

However, there was a period of a time a year or so ago when this was not printed on the 10% vouchers. I have always been able to use these 10% vouchers in December

My 10% off voucher states not to be used in December but as now Jan will give a whirl... Anyone had any luck today with using, if store been open? (Ive had lazy shopping free day!)
