That's odd. You could try sending your email to [EMAIL="orders@lush.co.uk"]orders@lush.co.uk[/EMAIL] as it's a different department. They may respond to you faster there as they're open til 9 tonight I think. Failing that you could post an FAO for Customer Care on the Lush forum. Hope you get it sorted, it's horrible to look forward to a treat only to be disappointed0 -

They have been there since this morning, not moving very fast, they have had them available on mail order for ages, along with glogg, snow fairy and some others so if your after anything it's a good idea to place your order via phone and see what they have.
Thought about placing an order but the postage doesn't give a great savingComping wishlist for 2017
