when you email their customer service dept they don't even bother replying. Such a shame because the service instore is always really good.

That's so strange as I've always extremely fast responses from them and they've been more than helpful in sorting out any problems. Out Out of curiosity what email address have you been sending it to?
• Sent it to customercare@lush.co.uk
Wasn't a rude email at all & I even tweeted them & got no response!
• They have added a few more goodies to the online sale - Some more Christmas and Halloween lines:j:j

That's odd. You could try sending your email to orders@lush.co.uk as it's a different department. They may respond to you faster there as they're open til 9 tonight I think. Failing that you could post an FAO for Customer Care on the Lush forum. Hope you get it sorted, it's horrible to look forward to a treat only to be disappointed :(

Might be worth trying again. I've just placed an order quite easily. :T
• Just checked the website and they have added some of the rather fabulous magic wand bubble bars to the 50% off sale - These will sell out in about 10 minutes so be quick if you want some:rotfl:

They have been there since this morning, not moving very fast, they have had them available on mail order for ages, along with glogg, snow fairy and some others so if your after anything it's a good idea to place your order via phone and see what they have.

Thought about placing an order but the postage doesn't give a great saving :(
Comping wishlist for 2017
