  • It's the first time I've tried lush, managed to get a big hatbox type things named 'all I want for christmas' (was almost 100, reduced to just under 50 in the sale) as I thought I would be able to try all the 'amazing' products....got to say I don't think much of it and I think what I paid for it should be how much it was to begin with....it doesn't feel like much of a bargain......

What have you tried? Maybe the products in the hat box were not the sort of thing you like? I have had grab bags before and gave loads of it away because I hated the smell of some of it. I tend to stick to sweet smells and I always love having a lush bath. Value wise you should be able to get good use out of a hat box, for example bubble bars you can break them up and use for 3 or 4 baths, the jellies (I don't like) but can be used in small amounts on a shower puff so you get a lot of showers from, even bath bombs can be used in half or quarters.
  • Just placed order over the phone for bath bombs. all in stock atm
Agent 06 of the HCCSC :T
  • I went to Market street today and they had lots of gift sets in stock, in fact I was spoilt for choice :j

    HTH

Thanks! I can't get down there till tomorrow so hoping that there are still some left!;)

I've used a couple of the bath bomb type things that didn't seem to do mych at all and used one of the soaps that made my skin feel dry....had to moisturise after.....the only think I kinda like is the pink bubble wand I got, however it is seeming expensive for £50 lol....I'll know for in future....until then my bathroom smells almost as potent as a lush store lol
  • Not an awful lot left in Cardiff - some gift boxes ( there was a £100 hat box but I couldn't justify that expense having bought an Acqua di Parma gift set minutes beforehand lol!), and the Xmassy bubble bars. No Snow Fairy though and that was what I was after.

    Xxx
  • There was a good choice left in Regent Street this morning

A few of the hatbox style ones and plenty of the smaller gift boxes - including northern lights - as well as a few individual items

Lush livington had loads of Christmas stock left. I got a 500ml snowfairy, 500ml honey i washd the kids and 350g snowglobe for £16. The SA nipped my head and told me the HIWTK was not meant to be in sale but would honour idue to the 50% sticker on it. I got the feeling she was accusing me of changing stickers around lol, they all had them on it though.
  • Popped into my local Lush, it's only a tiny store, they had no gift sets left but a few bits of near enough everything else. I enjoyed having a look around and looking/smelling the products as they have samples of them all on display. I bought some snowcake and celebrate lip tin. Not very extravagant spending but it was half price unlike the website with no postage. I was a little disappointed with the flimsy stick the bath wand came on so I left that one. Have also fallen in love with the porridge soap.

Just out of curiosity, is it only after Christmas they have a sale on or do thay have another one during the year?
