I did wonder if some tax would come off fuel if this per mile system came in. Without that petrol would probably be about 5p/l (lol!) and it might work out cheaper for some?
I currently spend about £300/month on the stuff and with my mileage spread out through the day perhaps enough miles will be done out of peak hours for me to win.
I do understand the expense of setting it all up will come out of our pockets. So I`m not too hopefull.
