Praise! Horwoods cutlery.

I got home last week after being away at work for four weeks and I noticed that two of my table knives were missing. They were part of a set of Stellar Raglan cutlery and I was a bit disappointed as they had been a gift. My brother was staying in my house whilst I was away and he denied all knowledge of them going missing. I googled around a bit and couldn't find anywhere that sold the knives individually so on Sunday I emailed Horwood customer services to ask if there was anywhere that I could buy them as I didn't want to have to fork out for a whole new set.

Horwood got back to me really quickly and asked for my address. I replied thinking they were going to send me a brochure but this morning a parcel arrived in mail with 2 new knives, free of charge! :snow_grin

I don't if it's just the time of year or what but it was fantasic of them to do that!

I needed a small lid to fit my milk pan from a set and it came within a couple of days and at a good price. Very helpful CS.

I wanted to return a trivet I bought last week as it was damaged underneath and it wasn't a cheap one, not very MSE really.

Anyway I went through he returns procedure and they refunded my money including part of the postage and told me to keep the trivet, they didn't want it back.

That's a first for me but brill on amazon.
