New Composite door

I've just had a white composite door and white frame fitted. I ordered a glass with diamonds on the outside and a particular design on the inside. The door is very visible from the road and I expressed my concerned that nothing would fade i.e. stay the same colour.
When the door was fitted the glass had a different backing design.
The frame is a different shade of white to the door.
The company have told me the diamond design only comes with this backing but have said if I wish to have a different design altogether then they will replace it.
The company says the different shades of white is to be expected as they are different materials.
So far I have only paid a 10% deposit having stopped the final payment.
I feel what I have been given and the companies response are not good enough. I would like to hear other peoples opinions and what they think I should do now.

If it is a front door I would be more concerned with it's ability to protect your home.
Secure by design or PAS 23/24 are doors tested and able to withstand an attempt to gain entry.
After that think about the colour and design.

If I had a problem with security the answer would be simple.0
