Got to say that this company is one of the best online retailers I have ever dealt with. My first order was for some thinner lenses, but I was phoned up and told that with my precsription, I really didn't need to spend the extra money, and that the ordinary lenses, which were £10 cheaper, would do. Throughout the ordering process , the level of communication is fantastic, and the turn-around time for orders is excellent. Forget the high street opticians - if you need new lenses then shop here.

You may be genuine but a new poster who's first post is praising a company makes people initially think you are working for the company and spamming the forum.

I also had really good service from them. I phoned them up on one evening. The customer service was closed at that time but they phoned me up the following morning albeit I didn't leave them a message. They also gave me a code so that I can get 10% off.

By the way, I don't work for them. I genuinely had really good experience. You will find really good comments all over MSE forums.

My experiences have been as above, can't speak highly enough of them me and my family have saved an absolute fortune using them and their customer service is par to none.
