I seem to have got this today, have found a site giving advice HERE

Is this the best advice to follow?

I was on Skype last night, could I have got it from there?

Just leads you to more ScamWare. GunJack's is the correct link. At least your post will help to highlight the problem of malware that leads you on to scamware.
