I certainly don't love Sports Direct per se. I think it is quite a shonky company and the only major retailer I can name off the top of my head that refuses to give refunds at all.
Can anyone tell me of another major high street store that REFUSES to give refunds even if the item is unworn and with the original receipt?
They are like the Ryanair of the high street IMO.
I bought some items for £1 each thanks to this thread and OP - delivered free. They sent me a ridiculous advert mug and I actually had to sign for the items - thanks to the stupid mug - that came to a grand total of £3!! !!!!!!?!
I have actually seen the mug late at a car boot where the seller was selling all mugs for 10p. It was still there with 30 minutes to go and I still thought 10p was 11p too much!
I don't know if Ashley does anything worthwhile with the money you will never see again once you buy something off him. Surely this advert/ vanity project cost could be used more productively?0 -

Welcome to mine if you want to pay postage? Mine was double boxed and treated as if it was a Faberge egg judging by the fact that i had to sign for a £3 delivered package!0 -
I spent £34 on the sportsdirect website at the weekend. No free mug, no mention of one on the invoice. Typical!!!0
