Moving out with friends - The costs

Hey everyone
I don't post much on here but usually have a browse around the forums now and again!
Basically I am looking to move out possibly end of March/beginning of April with my brother and one friend.
I am trying to work out the monthly costs for us and I know they are not exact costs but does anything look too overpriced/under priced to you? Here is what I have got so far:
Gas & Electricity -> £800.00 per year
Water -> £350.00 per year
Council Tax -> £1,250.00 per year
BT Option 1 -> £132.00 per year *
BT Broadband -> £311.88 per year *
Sky -> £408.00 per year **
TV License -> £131.50 per year
Contents Insurance -> £200.00 per year
* I am sure I may find a cheaper option than this but I included this figure as I haven't looked else where as of yet.
** This is not absolutely necessary I know but again I included this just to get an idea of things.
I know there will be installation charges for phone lines and Sky but is there:
a) Anything essential missed off?
b) Any other charges I should expect with the above?
As a general rule do you pay 1 month rent up front and also 1 months rent as a deposit?
If all of my figures are correct we would be looking at £400 each for rent including bills for a 3 bedroom townhouse with a garage and garden.
+ Food and our personal car insurance & and mobile phone bill.
Looking for a general bit of advice really, anyone moved out with friends before? What was it like?
Many thanks and sorry for all the questions but any replies are appreciated!!
