After 5 minutes on hold on the phone I've just been told that they're not accepting phone orders.

I'm disappointed, got Ghost last year for £11, and this year it's £16. Can't seem to find any Soap & Glory gift sets on offer either.

Thanks, order just went through, soap and glory are there....
Missed out on the big set, because mum told me she was buying it.... but managed to get two of the smaller sets for ~£25 so not complaining

embb is quite right - life is too short to waste so much of it annually on Boots incompetence. Why on earth do they send out emails about their sales?
