:T hahaha....thats the kind of thing I like doing. You can also know a bit from the tone of voice, but how did you come to the conclusion it will be tomorrow?? :rotfl:0 -
Every year the Boots 75% sale attracts more and more people on this site, and now we have Facebook and Twitter, news will get round even quicker.
Someone posted that, with regards to the pushing and shoving, it depended where you lived, as "their" area had been very well mannered. I replied that it depends on who is out shopping at the same time as you, no matter where you live, or shop.
Money is tighter for far more people this year, and, judging by the various postings of people pushing, shoving and systematically emptying supermarket shelves of soup and cereal, when they could use vouchers to get these things for free, and posting photos of their stash, it seems to be more a case of "me first", than "after you" - no matter where you live.
I've decided I won't be going to the sale . I still have stuff in cupboards, and several friends and I have mutually decided that we won't buy gifts any more, but have a meal out instead - naturally 2 for 1 with a voucher!
I wish everyone Good Luck, but please be aware that the pushers and shovers can be anywhere, and guard your purse with your life!

OOOh lets hope so then...I will give my boots a call an hour before the store closes to check if anyone would like to share the news.0

My local store opens at 8.30...debating whether to get there for then (risking looking desperate?!) or casually turn up at 9am cool as a cucumber 'not knowing' the 75% sale is on hoping there will be plenty left/not many people around... how sad that I have spent almost an hour pondering this thought lol!0
