N1 Claim Form - Help

Hi.
I need help with a section on the N1 claim form.
I am following the guide posted on the CAG forum, but there is a section to the form not mentioned in the guide.
Underneath value on page one of the form, there are two boxes, one for defendents details i.e. address and another for the cost breakdown.
I am not sure whether this for court purposes only (it does not say) or whether I should also complete this section.
I am completing the form electronically in its .pdf state and at the top of the page where there is a section saying "court use only" you cannot enter any details.
However on the two boxes I mentioned above, the form will allow you to input details here.
My gut feeling is to complete these sections. Just seems werid as I have already provided the costs and defendents details.

Update: Completed the forms now. As I didn't get a response on MSE, I just hope I have completed them all ok.
I will get the Court to check them tomorrow.0
