Quote for Laminate flooring?

I went to see about getting laminate flooring today and I went to two places.

The first quoted me £322 for 23 packs of laminate (2 different colours, same price) including underlay and beading.

I then went to a second place run by a mate of my dad's who says he couldn't beat that price (he had the same stuff) and told me to go back.

I thought I would wait first considering my luck in the last couple of weeks!

So do you think this is good? I don't really have a clue about flooring.

My measurements are:

Living Room: 16.6 m2
Hall: around 4m2
Bedrooms: 12.5m2
