is the enhanced disability premium included in ESA assesmeent phase?

Hi all i have just had my first payment from ESA, i received the form to fill in for enhanced disability premium to fill in today, i am wandering if this premium is paid in the assessment phase for the income related??

Yes it can be paid on top of the assessment rate. I assume you've been awarded the middle rate of the care component of DLA and meet the other conditions?I'll get you, my pretty, and your little dog too!0

yes i get high rate care and low mobility yes i do meet the conditions for severe premium.0
