Places to go & Hotels in Brittany and Normandy

We are thinking of going to Brittany and Normandy in March for one week. We are 2 adults and 2 children (both under 5). We'll be driving and probably go by eurotunnel. Can anybody recommend places to go and things to do suitable for the children. Also any recommendation for accommodation suitable for the family (Budget less than 85 Euros per night) would be welcome.
