Cutting my nose to spite face nPower !
I have been on signonline 21 since last year, I send my reading in every month (though I need not) , anyways after recieving this 'bully' letter I am seeking to change provider, the comparison sites do not appear to be consistent
here is part of the letter

However it seems npower are the cheapest for leccy, which company is next?

Depends on the amount of energy you use.
Any comparision website, if fed with appropriate yearly usage figures, will tell you which will be the cheapest tariff to be on, which may or may not be NPower.0 -

Why didn't you activate your online account? It's hardly a bullying letter considering it was part of the agreement when you signed up to SOL21.0

So you signed up to an online tariff, which requires you to have an online account. You presumably haven't complied with that, despite them giving you a considerable amount of time to do so, and they are giving you a further opportunity to rectify it. Not sure what you're having a mare about?0

Perhaps you both have gotten confused, I DO have an online account, I started it up at the time of opening signonline 21, the paperless billing was not a stipulation, it is that what they have changed their minds on :eek:0 -
no the signonline tariff have always been paperfree, hence the discountDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

You also get a discounted rate from the standard tariff in addition to the DD discount (which everyone gets afaik?).
Looks like the title of the thread might be appropriate......0 -

The title of the thread is appropriate, I remember well when they were trying to encourage paperless billing, as I recall saying to the agent that other companies, share the cost saving with the customer by them switching to paperless billing, this was not the case with npower, they have supplied me merrily without having to have paperless billing for 12 months now, I will have to wait and see if they do put me onto the standard tariff, the signonline 21 ends next march anyways
