How do I find out if a consent order was issued to court?

I was divorced several years ago and as part of the divorce a consent order was prepared and signed to finalise our financial affairs.
I have a problem at the moment where my ex's name was never taken off the endowment policy and it has now matured.
She wants half of the maturity values.
If there was a consent order in place, I don't think she can challenge it so will have to back off.
To be sure of where I stand, how do I find out if the document we signed was issued and acknowledged by the court?

  • Dig out something with the case number on and ring the Court Office. Give 'em time to get your file out of storage and then go in to get a copy of the order. Alternatively, call the solicitor who represented you (if you had one).

  • Thanks I called the courts and they were very helpful. The consent order was issued and approved.
I don't think she is allowed to challenge this now?
