    Thanks for the info squeaky.

The purchase, made with Amex, was only £75 ish, and so not sure if the section 75 rule could be applied, as such.

I have all the info but they do not seem to want to take it. Is there a postal address where i can send all of the print outs to??

Theres an address for them on their website I believe.

Also, while section 75 may not be possible....its still worth asking your card issuer if they have their own policy on chargebacks (mastercard and visa do, not sure about amex tbh).
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
  • With me having the Lloyds Duo C.C. (with Amex and Mastercard). Do you think that I would be ok to action a mastercard chargeback, even though the tractor may have been purchased with the Amex card?
