what do you think?

Just wondering what your thoughts are.
I just sold an item on buy it now, and the buyer paid immediately with paypal.
They then sent me an email saying that they forgot and had put the wrong address to send the item to and gave the address where they want the item to go.
They have a feedback of over 200 but not much recently at all.
Do you think this is kosher? Or am I just being a bit cautious?
The item is worth a bit so thats why I'm asking.

for you to be covered, you have to send the item by a trackable postage, and to the buyers registered Paypal address.

    thanks for replying.
what do you think i should do then?
Also just checked on paypal and it says they are 'ineligible' for seller payment protection and the address given is unconfirmed anyway.
    What now?

    That's the dilemma.

    a) You send it to the unconfirmed address and risk a chargeback.
    b) You send it to the address he's given you, and risk a chargeback.
    c) You tell him you can only send to a confirmed address, refund the payment and get him to pay again.
    d) You refund him and ask him to pay another way.
