Can PPI be Claimed back if working Full time?

Hello all,

my husband has always worked full time and has had 2 loans with HSBC he arranged them face to face and I think we still have the paperwork they are fully paid off, he thinks they may have told him that he had to have the PPI in order to have the loan but he cant be sure if he remembers correctly,

could we still put a claim in and state this as the reason for miss selling?

You need reasons for complaint (and in some cases, you need proof to back up your accusations). You havent given any reason for complaint in what you have said. he thinks he may have been told is weak at best but its unprovable and very few complaints get upheld on that basis.

However, going down the route of complaining about it being single premium and added to loan is probably the best option as that is where most complaints on loans get upheld.
