have only had them today so can't say for sure but i think quality is good, quite sturdy... i won't risk to go in the snow with them all day but they are really comfy and look quite good IMO...they might not be as good as UGGS (which i don't have so can't compare;))but for £8 I'm happy with my purchase...

Have now bought 4 of the aroma home hotties reduced from 20 to 6 pounds but only 4.80 with 20% off code and free del code. They are lovely presents. I bought one for my son then 3 more for Christmas presents as they look great for less than a fiver!

Sorry to be negative but Debenhams online provide the most terrible customer service
They messed up my order, refused to take any responsibility for their mistake and then don't reply to complaints. I would never order from them again, appalling to deal with - Beware!!

They messed up my order before Christmas, which was a complete pain as has to start over with some pressies. BUT they compensated me by giving me a 15% off code which lasted over a week. I took full advantage .

Three times in the past two weeks i've ordered the same pair of French Connection shoes and had them cancelled each time,why do they only list one pair at a time then numerous people order and there is only one pair available,it's so frustrating to repeatedly order and repeatedly the cancellations follow.
