Just phoned them and code is not valid for concessions - if there is an underscore in the item number you are trying to order apparently this means it is a concession, this is why it it not working for me as I am trying to get

Was wanting a Radley washbag but code not working on it either. It doesnt have an underscore in the item number. A bit hit and miss with the code I think.

Thanks frugal rock, the 20% does work on the items I was going to order yesterday with the 10% code on Debenhams homepage :T :T

I can't get the two codes to work together, I entered the 20% newspaper one first and then the 10% code on the homepage but it only takes the 20% one off

The two codes won't work together - it is either 10% off (using the code showing on the Debenhams site) or 20% off (using the Mail code) with neither of them discounting concessions i.e. anything that isn't a Debenhams brand.


The Mail one is the best of course :T


The Mail also have an additional 10% off code for full price beauty and fragrance - so not sale items.

But the 20% off code from the Mail does work on sale items in clothing (as long as they're not branded concessions of course!)
