The 10% code is on the Debenhams site too. I thought the sale was looking great but of course most stuff is actually OOS and you don't know until you try to add it to your basket! grrr

Just phoned them and code is not valid for concessions - if there is an underscore in the item number you are trying to order apparently this means it is a concession, this is why it it not working for me as I am trying to get

Code worked for me on pjs, some items are excluded usually electical, beauty and some jewellery dont work with code

I think it wold be easier if they told us what it can be used on - it would be a much shorter list for them to make!!!

It worked for me on some concession items, so must depend which ones. I'd literally done an order two days ago and then when I saw the 10% extra was really annoyed, so reordered the exact same stuff again with 10% off and will return the first lot straight away!!! Luckily bought on debenhams card so can return sale stock for a full refund. Feel like I'm doing something wrong, but it meant I save an extra tenner....hope they will be ok when I pick up my orders and return one!!
