After going bankrupt we are reviewing all our finances and thinking to cancel our virgin contents insurance. We pay monthly and made our first ver claim a few months back. Will there be any problems?

As you have used your insurance by making a claim, there will be no refund. So you can cancel but you will be asked for the remaining payments due on the policy.

If you refuse to pay, the debt will be passed to debt recovery agents. So best just to continue paying the insurance for the rest of the policy year, and then cancel.
