Gamestation Online Brilliant Customer Service!!

I am writing this to Praise the service provided to me by Gamestation online customer service. I order a PS3 game on the 6th of December, it got dispatched the very next day. After 12 days of waiting I called their customer service line, I knew you were supposed to wait 15 days before contacting them. Even though it had only been 12 days the man called Syd couldn't have done more. It was to be posted to my house but never turned up but Syd arranged for me to be able to pick up a copy in store. This meant that I didn't have to pay out double while waiting for my replacement or refund. I was able to collect in my own time and he dealt with the store so all I had to do was walk in and pick it up.
Best Customer Service I had received in a long time.
