Great Dyson customer service

After having a long winded moan about my Littlewoods situation I thought I'd post a positive review.
I ordered a DC32 Animal from dyson mid last year and the silver catch that secures the head attatchments on snapped and because the attatchments weren't secured on the Turbine head also snapped at the top.
I checked online and the cheapest Turbine head was £55! I called Dyson up to explain and immediately the person I spoke to on the phone arranged a new silver clip + the turbine head FREE of charge, I know there hoovers are fairly expensive but there customer service is amazing.
My entire family uses Dyson hoovers and my mums last one lasted 9 years before it finally died, my brother also decided to take a saw to it to make the tube shorter and Dyson sent my mum out a new one free or charge.
Anyone else had any good service from Dyson?
