Littlewoods & Yodel delivering damaged items

Me and my wife recently made 2 orders from Littlewoods,
1 was a Sofa set which came badly damaged, the wooden beam that runs along the bottom was snapped in 2 places on both sofa's.
2 we also ordered a new Silent night mattress which appeared fine, but after 2 weeks of sleeping on it the springs are now starting to creek and from both sides of the mattress you can push the springs and hear them grinding also when laying on it the side of the mattress pulls in slightly around the area of damaged springs.
We sorted out the sofa's which was a nightmare of 5...FIVE failed collections (Yodel never showed 3 times and 2 times they were never told what they were collecting and had no room on the lorry so refused to take them).
Its too close to christmas now to deal with the mattress but my mum has had a damaged mattress delivered before from Littlewoods and they refused to reorder another untill they had recieved the damaged one back, so she had a choose between a damaged mattress or no mattress.
I'm a little worried that as my mattress is damaged Littlewoods will refuse to deliver a new one untill the old one is returned, leaving me without a bed for a month or so.
I don't have enough credit limit to order a new one and return the old one at the same time (Only have a £400 limit on my act.)
My question is would they deliver a new mattress to me BEFORE they collect the old one? I dont want to be left without a bed.
Thanks and sorry for the long rage.
