Complaint to Samsung

Can anyone help me to find the name and postal address of the chairman or director of Samsung UK, I am having a nightmare dealing with customer service(3 months with broken washing machine) and need to take it up a level.thanks.

Did you buy the Washing Machine direct from Samsung? If not, your contract is with the retailer, and they're legally responsible under the Sale of Goods Act

The problem was made worse because argos told me the machine only had a 1 year warranty then samsung told me it had a 2 year warranty, on top of that the engineer has taken the machine apart 3 times to confirm it is a write off but the engineer then tells samsung i am refusing the engineer to repair it??
I am now back dealing with a very helpfull argos but samsung cant find any of the engineer reports, give me strength.

Most this type of information is normally on the "about us" section of a corporations website.... alternatively you can check companies house that will give you their registered address for free and a list of all their directors for £1
