I felt I had to post this as there are lots of people moaning about couriers probably with very valid reasons but hey.
Our local drivers have been working their socks off for the last few weeks. Our collection driver in particular has moved heaven and earth to help us out even when he's rushed off his feet. When we have issues booking things in we can phone him and he will sort it. I asked him about it today, he said to me these things are Christmas presents and they need to get there.
To any courier reading this keep your chin up and keep up the good work. :T
