How to fit Ikea RENLIG DW45 Slimline dishwasher?

Our builder has failed to finish our kitchen and has left the RENLIG DW45 diswasher just sat in a space in the cupboard.
Is there any instructions on how this should be fitted? I am pretty sure we ordered a unit for it to fit it into but I can't work out what's what from the pile that's left.
How is this unit normally fitted as at the moment it moves around and if I put a door on it it will move every time.
Any ideas?

Fitted into a 450mm gap between other cupboards - probably a couple of brackets to attach it to either worksurface or cupboards either side and a couple of plastic strips to fill any remamining gaps down the side. Dont forget the aluminium tape to protect the worksurface above.
You'll have to take an inch out of the kickboard also to allow for door to swing down.

There is a bit of a knack to fitting fitted appliances. I normally always try to offer a SME way to fix things but on this occasion if you want it to look decent Id get a local kitchen fitter round to do it for you. Dont get another builder round to do it as a lot of them are not to great at fitting kitchens.0

assembly instructions, operating instructions. You need either a 50cm wide or 45cm wide gap for it to fit into. The plinth underneath will also need a chunk cutting out that the door folds through - you'll see in the instructions. A door just attaches to the front, fit the handle first. There is no carcass for it to go into. I think they only do a stainless steel door that is 45 cm, other wise if you want it to look like the rest of the kitchen you should have a 50 cm door (and gap!).
You should also have a sticky back strip to fit in the gap above - its just to stop steam from the dishwasher getting into the worktop. They charge £5 for it, but I'm pretty sure I got my money back on that as one came with the dishwasher.0
