Cavity wall insultation ? free around Bpool/Preston

I have just had a survey by this company for cavity wall insulation and the surveyer told us that they currently have a government scheme in place for free cavity wall insulation if you can refer somebody else. No restrictions as far as i know (benefits etc). I have a 3 bed semi and was referred by a friend with a 4 bed detached and we are both getting it for free. Im not sure how long this scheme is available for.

its a free government scheme. there is no requirement for any other referers. so they are lying.
