Cost to knock through from kitchen to dining room?

Does anybody know the approximate cost to knock through from a kitchen to dining room?
I'd like to take full wall away, which is a 12' gap to bridge. There is sink on the kitchen side and radiator on the dining room side, so some plumbing to resolve. One internal door to block up and one external door to partly brick up to make a window.
Thanks so much for your help...

I've got a plan so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a weasel.

I'm not sure, and cannot easily find out, as it is a house I'm thinking of buying.....
Let's say "yes" then that gives me an idea of maximum cost.I've got a plan so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a weasel.0 -
