In case no one else has mentioned it. Go to thisismoney.co.uk which is the daily mail finacial website. Lead story is 'hidden charges in 0% credit cards'

It doen't exactly explain "hidden". She knew when to pay but decided to pay late. What was she expecting?
I think this is a fabrication to be honest, if she was in a 0% deal from Virgin then the minimum payment would not have been £6.27 or £160, it would have been £5. Even with a 2% uncapped BT fee it would have been £79. If she had transferred the maximum 98% of her limit she still had £25 headroom to accomodate a late payment fee. If you know anything about credit cards it simply does not stack up. Yet another example of sloppy journalism if you ask me.0 -
