Just been on the phone to the and I was told that within the next forty minutes I would receive an email "advising me of the situation"

bet it means they have been cancelled.

Doesn't sound good, although if they DO cancel they really have created a bad situation for themselves by sending out the 'other' item. Very messy and willl do them no good for the future.

Think it puts them in a messy position too. According to the status page they have accessed my account to check I have the funds (and may have ring fenced the money form my account) and they have sent the other item.

....but will have to wait and see

i received the other £2 item i ordered today, that i had to order to get the camera for £9.99 and so did my OH! hope they do free returns!

Yes you get a label to stick on the parcel with it you just need to email for a returns authorisation number.

damn it. Luckily I ordered the world of warcraft rial edition for 1.49 - that happens to sell for about 2.50-3.50 on fleabay

However since they have part sent the order are they allowed to fob us off with a five pound voucher? Though it is five pounds off anything no restriction - so I may just find something for a fiver if poss
