To find the cheapest available 2nd item -
Click 'go' next to the empty search field,
Then chose 'Up to £5' in the price drop down box,
Then click search,
Click 'Price' on the header and voila.

Mine is pending but if you type your order number in the order tracking box it says that card has been accessed and being ready for shipment
