It's about access to justice not about access to guaranteed success.

It doesn't cost a massive amount to the LSC as each case is taken on a fixed fee basis which on average is around £160 per case.

If you're interested you can request the info under the FOI

I don't have that information and that is why I suggested you request it under the FOI Act. I can only give you the average fixed fee per case.
