at my local, the SEL was 40p the other day, so I bought 5 (didnt want to overdo it!)...went back today and SEL still there! Evening all, went to see the nurse today, have had my meds upped and been put on a statin, really need to lose some weight now and take better care of myself so I can reduce the meds next time and not up them! :eek:

Face feels much better today, had a good sleep which seems to have done the world of good as does staying off the PC a lot yesterday, so will be being careful about PC use for a while.

Hope everyone's well? Need to go and read back now from last night!

So had I, it was labelled at down to £3 on Monday so I got it because I liked the knife sad lol. When I went through the till the SA said bargain for 48p. I've just been in a different one and bought it again for 48p.

Comfort in A, marmite packs in M's, the chicken DTD is no good to me as its not something that we would eat
